Here at the Batavia Fine Arts Centre, you can customize your season ticket package to work with the shows YOU want to see.  We have different packages to offer.

Season Ticket Holder benefits

1. Discounted Tickets: Season ticket holders receive a discount on the overall price of tickets compared to purchasing individual tickets for each show in the season.
2. Priority Seating: Season ticket holders have priority access to seating, allowing them to secure some of the best seats in the house before tickets go on sale to the general public.
3. Flexibility and Exchange Options: You have flexibility in terms of exchanging tickets for additional seats to shows you already have tickets for or even different shows within the season, providing greater convenience to season ticket holders.
4. Investment Protection: Can’t come to a show? Season ticket holders may roll the amount they spent on tickets forward to next season. Just let us know 24 hours in advance of a performance.
5. Priority Renewal: Season ticket holders are given the first opportunity to renew their subscriptions for the following season, ensuring they can maintain their preferred seating and benefits.

Prices vary based on the shows chosen, the location of seats, and the demand for each show.  The Batavia Fine Arts Centre pricing is dynamic. When tickets go on sale they are the most affordable. Tickets increase from this point with every 50 to 100 tickets sold or every 2 weeks (whichever comes first.)

Ticketing Policy

• Tickets are valid until the curtain time printed. At that time open seats may be resold. No refunds will be issued for resold seats.
• No refunds.
• No exchanges in the box office. Exchanges may be made online only and must be done 24 hours in advance.
• Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager and are based upon individual production requirements. If you arrive late you may watch the show in the lobby and may take an available seat for Act II.
• Performances subject to change.  If a show is replaced with another performance a patron’s ticket will be honored for the like replacement performance.  If a show has a date change the patron’s ticket will be honored on the new date.
